Arbor

Arbor is school's Information Management System (MIS). This is where your child's information is stored. For further details about how this information is used for the day to day running of school, please visit our Privacy page.

You can access the information school holds on your child through Arbor's web portal or app. On either of these, you can change your child's details such as their address, who can pick them up, who school should contact and dietry / medical requirements,. You can also view attendance details, logged behaviour incidents and send / recieve messages to the school office.

The Arbor web portal and app are also where you can book Guardian Consultation appointments, when they are available.

Accessing your arbor account

1. Go to https://login.arbor.sc on a web browser. This is the web portal.

2. Press ‘Forgotten Password’ and type in the email address you have already given school to send you the Wednesday Weekly etc.

3. Go to your email and follow the instructions to set up your account. This will include setting a password and entering your child’s date of birth.

4. Once this is complete, you can continue to use the web portal or download the app from the App Store or Play Store.

The Arbor App

The app functions well but isn’t initially intuitive. To find your way around, below is an labelled image of the app dashboard and underneath, images of where the app takes you after clicking 1, 2, 3, 4.

The Arbor Web Portal

If you aren't able to use the app, Arbor's web portal (https://login.arbor.sc) gives the same functionality (apart from notifications), but works better on a tablet or laptop rather than a phone.
